FEE STRUCTURE FOR HOUSEHOLD STAFF:

PERMANENT PLACEMENTS:

• Full time, Permanent Staff: 8.88% of annual gross salary (service guarantee included)

• Part Time, Permanent Staff: 11.11% of annual gross salary *30 hours or less (service guarantee included)

• Ad-hoc, Fortnightly and/or Minimal weekly hour roles, our fee is a one off standard amount (please enquire with us!)

• Should you wish to proceed without the security of our service guarantee, we offer a discounted percentage rate. Please get in touch!

TEMPORARY PLACEMENTS:

• Long Term, Temporary Placements: 7 days and above £200.00 per week.

• Short Term, Temporary Placements: 6 days and below £35.00 per day.

WHEN IS THE FEE DUE:

Our agency fee becomes due upon a formal offer of employment, following on from successful interview/s and trial/s.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

• A Service Guarantee; this secures you one free replacement candidate should things fall through within the first 3months of employment.

• A Draft Contract of employment, in line with U.K Employment Law.

• Returning client’s will receive a 15% discount.
