Part time Care Assistant - ST ALBANS, Hertfordshire

We are currently seeking a reliable Care Assistant for a client residing in St Albans.

The client is an 85-year-old female who underwent a partial knee replacement operation on 14 July 2026. Her husband, who is also 85, is a wheelchair user; however, he is currently able to manage his own needs independently.

We require care coverage 5 days per week (Monday to Friday) for 4 to 5 hours per day, with a preferred start time of 9:00 AM. The primary responsibilities will include:

  - Assisting with personal care, specifically showering and drying
  - Supporting the client with her post-operative recovery exercises
  - Assisting with daily living activities, including the preparation of a hot lunch
  - Accompanying the client to medical and dental appointments

Pay: £20 per hour
