Full time, Live-out Housekeeper - KENSINGTON, London
Live-out Housekeeper
Location: Kensington, London
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am- 6pm
My client is looking for a professional, experienced, and highly capable Live-Out Lead Housekeeper to join their private household in Kensington. They are a family of four, and their home has recently been refurbished to a high standard, so they need someone meticulous, well-organised, and proactive to help maintain it at its best. This role requires both general housekeeping and laundress responsibilities, so strong laundry and wardrobe management skills are essential. The successful candidate must be confident in handling delicate fabrics, luxury finishes (such as marble and brass), and specialist laundry appliances.
Additionally, the role involves occasional oversight of a smaller nearby guest property, ensuring it remains clean, well-organised, and ready for visitors when needed. We are looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive, and excellent at time management, ensuring that the household runs smoothly. Strong communication skills are also important, as you will be liaising with family members, guests, contractors, and service providers.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail who takes pride in maintaining a luxury home. Ideally, we would like to find a candidate who aspires to take on a housekeeping manager role in the future.

Maintain an immaculate level of cleanliness and organisation in the home.
Manage all laundry, including washing, ironing, and caring for delicate fabrics.
