- Location: In the heart of London's West End (W1D)
- Position: Live-out Housekeeper (Full-time)
- Salary: Circa £60,000 gross per annum (depending on experience)
- Start Date: January – March 2027
- Household: 2 Adults and 3 Children (aged 6, 6, and 3). No pets.
- Property: An 8-bedroom penthouse across two floors (approx. 8,000 sq ft).
- Schedule & Hours:
- When family is in residence (approx. 10–12 weeks per year): Mornings 7:00 am – 2:00/3:00 pm, including occasional weekends.
- When family is away: Flexible full-time hours focusing on rotational cleaning, maintenance checks, and home preparation.
Role Overview & Key Duties:
The family uses this property as their London residence. They are looking for an experienced, highly trustworthy, and proactive Housekeeper to take full ownership and care of the home.
Duties include:
- Hands-on daily and rotational deep housekeeping to an exceptional standard.
- Care of luxury finishes, fine materials, and specialist laundry/wardrobe care (cashmere, silk, delicate garments).
- Management of household linens, inventories, toiletries, and supplies.
- Complete preparation of bedrooms, bathrooms, and guest areas prior to family/guest arrivals, as well as post-departure resets.
- Light breakfast preparation and simple food prep/grocery shopping when the family is in residence.
- Running household errands and reporting any property maintenance issues to the building manager.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will be exceptionally discreet, reliable, and comfortable working independently while the family is away, while maintaining a warm and service-minded approach when the family is in residence.
