Live out Nanny/ Housekeeper/ Cook - RICHMOND (TW10)

We are currently recruiting for an exciting Live-out Nanny/Housekeeper/Cook position for a warm, busy family of six based in Richmond (TW10).

Role Details:

  - Position: Permanent, Live-out Nanny/Housekeeper/Cook
  - Location: Richmond, TW10
  - Salary: £negotiable (depending on experience)
  - Hours: 37 hours per week
      - Monday–Thursday: 12:00–20:00
      - Friday: 10:00–15:00
      - No regular weekends
  - Start Date: As soon as possible (ideally September 2026)
  - Driving: Family car provided for work-related driving

  - Children's ages: 10, 8, 6, and 2.5 years old (The oldest 3 are in school, and the youngest has just started pre-school half days)

About the Role:
This is a genuine combined role involving meaningful childcare, excellent family cooking, and proactive household organisation. Please note that deep cleaning is handled by a separate cleaner; "housekeeping" here focuses on laundry, organisation, food shopping, and maintaining smooth daily routines.

Key Responsibilities:

  - Childcare: Confidently caring for four children, managing school pickups, supporting homework, arranging activities, and managing evening routines.
  - Cooking: Menu planning, grocery shopping, and preparing healthy, complete family dinners for children and adults. (A confident family cook is essential; chef/hospitality background is a plus).
  - Household Organisation: Managing family laundry and ironing, organising wardrobes and play areas, managing household supplies, and running general errands.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  - Energetic, warm, proactive, and independent.
  - Strong, referenceable hands-on childcare experience (comfortable with sole charge of multiple children).
  - Confident family cook.
  - Fluent in spoken and written English.
  - Safe, confident driver with a valid licence.
  - Eligible to work in the UK with an enhanced DBS and Paediatric First Aid qualification (or willing to obtain before starting).

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a paid representative trial.
