Part time, Afternoon Nanny/ Driver - NORTH LONDON

Job Summary
We are seeking a caring and responsible After School Nanny to support families in providing attentive childcare for their children. The ideal candidate will be nurturing, organised, and able to engage children in educational and recreational activities. This role offers an opportunity to make a positive impact on children's development while working in a warm and supportive environment. The position involves assisting with homework, preparing snacks, and ensuring children’s safety and well-being after school hours.

Children’s ages: 2, 5 and 7 years old

Schedule: Monday to Friday afternoons, 2pm- 8pm.

*Some weekend flexibility would be desirable too if available.

Responsibilities

• Collect children from school or nursery and ensure their safe arrival home

• Supervise children’s activities, including homework, reading, and playtime

• Prepare healthy snacks and dinner for children

• Assist with organising age-appropriate educational and recreational activities

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for children at all times

• Communicate effectively with parents regarding daily routines and any concerns

• Maintain bath and bed time routine

Experience

• Previous experience in childcare, nannying

• Driving experience with a valid licence is essential for transporting children safely

• Knowledge of child development principles and age-specific needs

• Fluency in English is essential
