Full time, Live-Out Housekeeper - MILL HILL, London (NW7)

We are delighted to be working with a busy family located in leafy North West London. They have three children in full-time education with active after-school schedules, and both parents work from home.
The family maintains a friendly, relaxed household and truly aims for their housekeeper to feel like part of the extended family.

They already employ a nanny, so this position focuses primarily on housekeeping, household organisation and simple healthy family cooking. 

We are looking for someone highly organised, proactive, trustworthy and committed to building a long-term position with the family.

Job Summary: 

Full time, Live-out Housekeeper 

Location: Mill Hill, London (NW7)

Family: 2 adults, 3 children aged 7 to 15.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am- 7pm

House size: 6-bedrooms (2 of which are guest rooms)

Core responsibilities include:

- Maintain the home to a consistently high standard
- Daily housekeeping, cleaning and organisation
- Laundry, ironing and wardrobe management
- Change bed linen and maintain bathrooms and household supplies
- Preparing simple, healthy family dinners and snacks daily.
- Household errands and general household coordination
- Managing deliveries and overseeing tradespeople when required
- Caring for specialist household items such as delicate clothing, furnishings or antiques where appropriate

Candidate requirements:

- Proven experience in private households
- Strong references from previous employers
- Multiple long-term roles (ideally 3–5 years or longer in previous positions)
- Strong attention to detail and initiative
- Emotional maturity, discretion and reliability
- Experience working in larger homes with high standards
- Strong spoken English and good communication skills
- A genuine desire for a stable, long-term role

Salary: £50,000- £52,000 gross per year
