Live-in Housekeeper/ Nanny - WINDSOR, England

Full time Live-in Housekeeper/ Nanny for single mum

Location: Windsor

Children: 10, 7, and 3 years old

Pets: Yes, they will be getting a dog soon

Driver: Yes, preferred for school and/or nursery runs and errands

Schedule: 5 days per week, 10am- 7pm, with flexibility

Evening help: 1- 2 nights per week when mum is away or needs extra help

Cooking: Simple, family-style cooking for the children, and occasionally for mum.

Approximately 1- 2 meals per day, but batch cooking 2- 3 times per week is fine, no need to cook daily.

House size: Detached house across three floors, with 6-bedrooms and 5-bathrooms, recently renovated to a high standard. It is designed for comfort and functionality, with an emphasis on calm and aesthetic space.

Accommodation: A beautiful private room with en-suite bathroom in a newly renovated house

Languages spoken at home: English, Russian, Ukrainian

Responsibilities:
- General daily housekeeping (laundry, tidying, dishes, changing beds, managing household supplies)
- Simple, family-style cooking (meals for children and occasionally light adult meals)
- School/nursery pickups (must be able to drive or willing to learn routes)
- Occasional supervision of the children after school and during holidays or when they’re unwell
- Light playtime/engagement with the youngest child (age 3) in afternoons
- Help during half-terms and school holidays
- Occasional evening help (with notice)

Personal Requirements:
- Fluent English speaker
- Someone who enjoys children and has a gentle, respectful approach to care
- Able to manage time independently and keep the home running smoothly
- Someone kind, organised, discreet, and emotionally mature

About the Family:

They are a warm, energetic family of four. A single mother with three wonderful children: each with their own personalities and rhythms. The house is large, but thoughtfully planned and not overwhelming in daily maintenance. Mum is fully responsible for everything at home and she works, therefore she is looking for a true partner in the everyday rhythm, someone to help create balance and ease. The family enjoys art, creativity, learning, and a peaceful, supportive home environment. The children are all in school until 3pm, so most household work can be done in the first half of the day, and from 3- 7pm it is more about the children: snacks, activities, reading, being present, and keeping them safe and engaged. They hope to build a trusting, lasting relationship with someone who feels genuinely part of the family: kind, confident, and steady.
